Market Report - May 2008

After a very slow start we see a slow recovery of the market. Prices from listings are steady or are being reduced to a more moderate level.
This is definitly a buyers market, as I forecasted already for a while.
There is still good interest in farm land and acreages.
The prices have to come down to more realistic level, to make this more saleable.

There is currently a good amount of buyers over the market.
